Dr. Evangelos Kosmidis is an active entrepreneur and a High-Level Expert Consultant in Environmental ICT and Decision Support Systems in networking environments.
He has participated in developing and managing numerous strategic environmental projects in the public and private sectors for ministries, research organizations, and private companies, including the Ministry of the Environment and the European Commission.
As a serial entrepreneur, he has successfully exited 3 different technology and consulting startups in the last 5 years.
He has a 25-year track record of mentoring and supporting scientific teams, helping them integrate their academic knowledge and research findings into the market using pioneering approaches in the fields of disruptive technologies and environmental innovation.
He holds a Bachelor of Physics from AUTH, an MSc in Atmospheric Sciences from UCLA, a PhD in Atmospheric Physics, and a Business Excellence Certificate from the University of Berkeley, CA. He is also an internationally certified Future Strategist.

Grigoris Chatzikostas is an expert in financing innovation for digital transformation and sustainability.
He showcases successful business activities and entrepreneurial initiatives in Greece and abroad and has unique insight into the fast-evolving Balkan ecosystem.
He manages multi-national and cross-sectoral consortia, develops proposals for EU funding, and coordinates large-scale projects that promote tech-enabled entrepreneurship in ICT, agrifood, and the environment.
In the past 18 years, he has managed innovation projects that exceeded the total value of 120 mEUR.
He has delivered programs supporting over 150 startups and SMEs with pre-seed funding and business support services related to innovation and technology transfer in multiple groundbreaking and critical sectors.
Grigoris holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Essex, UK.

As a General Partner at Loggerhead Ventures, Vasilis Andreou works closely with founders — leading fundraising, financial oversight, and exit planning to help startups scale with confidence and clarity.
He brings a hands-on, collaborative approach, with one simple goal: to be the kind of investor he would want — strategic, transparent, and all-in on the journey.
Before co-founding Loggerhead Ventures, Vasilis honed his expertise in asset and portfolio management, developing a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and navigating market cycles. He now leverages this experience to provide early-stage founders with the strategic capital and insight they need to succeed.
Vasilis holds an MSc in Finance and Banking from the University of Sheffield, UK.

Panayiotis Hasapis is a Financial Advisor and BoD member in several companies and Executive Vice President of SEVE Greek Exporters Association.
He is an alumni of American College of Thessaloniki Anatolia. He studied Economics and Business Administration in France (Rouen & Paris) and holds post graduate degrees in Accounting & Management and Money, Banking & Finance (Southampton University & Birmingham University).
He worked as CFO at MEVGAL SA, CFO & Legal Representative at ZANAE SA and as Treasurer at PYRAMIS METALLURGY SA following his short occupation in the banking sector.
He has been teaching Financial Management & Banking at CITY COLLEGE (Sheffield University affiliated) in Thessaloniki.

He has over 23 years of working experience in Research & Innovation, EU funds, capacity building projects in 6+ countries (Greece, Ireland, Turkey, Bahrain, Serbia, Israel).
Successfully implemented over 70 projects of +100m € value. Specialises in Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, Risk Finance, Project Management & Quality, Intellectual Property and reengineering business processes.
Long term Mentor & Coach in over 30 companies. Experience as Non-Executive Director in public (Listed) companies.
Engineering Degree (AUTH, GR), ICT (Leicester U, UK) and financial (LSE, UK) background.

Eva Sirgkani is a communication specialist. She has been involved in initiating and executing impactful communication and awareness-raising activities and campaigns.
She has also planned, coordinated, and implemented multiple and diverse events.
Eva holds a bachelor’s degree in Digital Media and Communication from the University of Western Macedonia and a master’s degree in Journalism from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
She is currently enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Nicosia.
